Raised in New York, Jenn Zappia received her B.F.A. in Packaging Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. After starting her career as a designer at Oscar De La Renta, Jenn traveled west in 2001 seeking the exciting opportunities of the California coast. For two decades in both Los Angeles and San Francisco, she has cultivated an expansive design career from her passion for type, color and composition, including her company Twine Books. Her inspiration comes from the organic qualities of nature, rare finds non-traditional materials and modern design. As a typical Libra, she is constantly trying to balance the idiosyncrasies life brings her each day.
